The vacuum high and low temperature servo motor adopts special materials and processes, suitable for high temperature, low temperature and vacuum environments. The motor has a compact structure, small volume, and high torque, which can provide efficient, precise, and stable power guarantee. The product has good sealing performance, which can effectively prevent moisture, dust, and other substances from entering the interior of the motor in low temperature environments.

Its working temperature range is wide, with a minimum of -196 ℃ and a maximum of+200 ℃. The vacuum degree is better than 10-5Pa. This series provides standard designed servo motors such as 100W/400W/750W/1000W/1800W. Other specifications of motors can also be customized according to needs, or customized for special requirements such as radiation, mold resistance, impact resistance, and shaft form.
